Sir/Mam,
My name is Sachin Pratap Singh, when i was studying in one of the university of punjab. I came to about a company called "Nature Heights Infra Limited" the MD of this company is Neeraj Arora. This company promised me to 1000 sqft plot in their Talwara project, for which i paid them 1, 75000/- rupees in 4 instalments. I have all the copies and agreement papers with me. Every year i paid the instalment timely as promised. They told me that after paying the 4th (final) instalment we will register the plot against your name or you can take money equivalent to the plot rate at that time.
They have to give me the money or plot in April 2016, but it's been 7 month they are running away from giving my money or plot. Recently i came to know that this company is fraud and they have taken money from many people in punjab but not returning their money. Neeraj Arora who is the MD of this company is on bail and not responding to the calls of any one and he is running here and there.
I belong to a middle class family this money is very big for me, i have taken this plot in the name of my father. Please respond to this complaint as we need this money badly.
