[Resolved] Naukri.com — Non fulfillment of contract

We requested for recruitment of two accountants. we deposited Rs. 24, 996.96 on 10.08.202022 toward charges for services. Company FAILED to provided two accountants in spite of our many reminders. Finally the officer who was handling our account apprised us that they do not have have requisite candidates. We requested for REFUND of our amount. It was refused. then we said you may provide Production Supervisor & Production Manager. Company failed to provide any candidate.
We have entire TRAIL email. The very fact is company has grossly failed to provide the services for which we is has charges us huge amount.
Now we don't want deal and want our money to be refunded.
