Our Logins got suspended By compliance team

Hi Team,

we have purchased naukri logins and it is getting over next month, naukri people stating that we have sell naukri in the market, why we do so.

we have not used our allotted date only, they have allotted 25000 cv access a year still not consumed too, approx. we used 17000 access and they have suspended our account.

Since 3 days fighting for the same to get activate.

I received this message from naukri.com that your file is forwarded for legal procedure you cannot apply in any mnc for 7 years.

Your Profile forward legal department. You cannot apply to any job 8 years in Multinational company. Court provide legal notice with challan, and you have to pay challan in court with statement.

    I got a phone call under naukri services and offered a job and asked a payment first 500 then 2000 then 6800
    and also gave me interview call but i never felt it like a interview call,

      Logins got suspended without any evidence

      Hi Team,

      we have buyed employer logins from naukri.com, hence yesterday they have suspended our login stating that we have selling the logins in the market.

      we have not utilised the quota only they have allocated 25000 cv access for an year, we have till date approx used 17000 access and renewal get over by June next month.

      Here no appropriate sense, we have not even utilised our access only how...

        Profile picture keeps getting rejected

        After uploading picture in the naukri profile, The profile picture keeps getting rejected after showing pending approval every time.

        I got a call from Naukri.com regarding a job offer, they asked me to pay 999/-, and then after the telephonic round i will get reimbursed the amount. After the round i got a call that i got selected i need to pay 6800 as bond agreement fees and then 6500 and 4000 as bank deposit. Please help me to get my money back. I've added all the attachments.

          I received a call from a Naukri agent the next day I posted my CV to Portal. They started calling on a daily basis to register my name for calls from companies. They asked me to pay a certain amount to prioritize my cv for the organization. I denied to pay further more. now the contact details do not exist. Kindly resolves the issue as I am unable to reach out to Naukri fraudsters. Pathetic Naukri and its team. Will never recommend this portal to anyone. Such losers collect the money. Shameless Naukri.

              I recently purchased Naukri.com's Premium services, but unfortunately, I had a very disappointing experience. I requested that no changes be made to my profile without my approval, but the team went ahead and modified it without consulting me. As a result, the number of profile views dropped drastically, which contradicts the claims made at the time of sales regarding higher profile visibility.

              Moreover, despite the team selecting all the industries for me, my profile views continued to drop, which was not what I was promised. When I tried to contact the customer support team for help, I found it difficult to get through to them, which added to my frustration.

              Overall, I was not satisfied with the quality and professionalism of the services provided by Naukri.com's Premium service. If my concerns are not addressed satisfactorily, I may have to consider invoking the grievance redressal procedure or requesting a refund for the services purchased.

                Yesterday, I received a hoax call about naukri.com, and the caller said that I hadn't responded to a corporation regarding the job advertisement. As a result, they have complained about me in court. They claimed it would cost up to ₹48, 000 and prevent me from working for 7 years. Then, I was transferred to another call, which I greatly doubt; I feel like I was just placed on wait for a little while. She then demanded payment of ₹7500 to have the challan lodged against me removed. I responded, "Let me talk to my parents first, I don't have any money, " They refused, adding that you must pay now and call your family or friends if necessary because we won't be able to connect to you afterwards. When I refused to pay them, they became irate and threatened to file a "MANHANI" case against me via email. It was unsettling that they have my email and phone number thanks to naukri.com.

                    Thanku my issue has been resolved
                    Please do not take paid services it is waste as you do not get any calls from the companies. And they will not refund the amount and loot from job seekers.

                      I have registered for a resume display service and however it was not helpful and forgot that it is a auto debit service and to cancel the same. The next month the amount got debited on my card and the next minute i called the customer service and cancelled the subscription. Now since i have cancelled the subscription and not availing any of their service i requested for a refund. They are telling that they cannot refund the amount. Please help.
                      It is not right to charge someone who is not using their service anymore as i did not use the service for 1 day also again after the amount got deducted 2nd time.

                          Hi Sir/Madam
                          I have applied job in naukri.com .Yesterday [4-5-2023], one of the employee from Naukri has called me and she told me to pay 1000rs then only she will send me interview mail and after the interview, the amount will refunded .So i paid 1000rs and she sent me the interview details. Then I attended that interview and told me i got selected but asked me to pay 6800 for declaration . But I didn't pay 6800 and declined the offer. Then I called back the employee of Naukri for refund but she did not respond. No w also there is no response from their side . Please find a solution ASAP. I want the refund of my payment

                                Paid for subscription but didn't get it

                                On 28/04/2023 around 9:35 I buyed a premium subscription of naukri recruitment app the payment was successful of 1003rs but didn't receive the subscription. In app it shows there was a problem with payment, u should continue buy again the subscription. But the payment was successful...
