Naukri.com — Not refunding the amount after I have cancelled the service

I have registered for a resume display service and however it was not helpful and forgot that it is a auto debit service and to cancel the same. The next month the amount got debited on my card and the next minute i called the customer service and cancelled the subscription. Now since i have cancelled the subscription and not availing any of their service i requested for a refund. They are telling that they cannot refund the amount. Please help.
It is not right to charge someone who is not using their service anymore as i did not use the service for 1 day also again after the amount got deducted 2nd time.
