During my initial conversation with Customer Support, I was assured that:
My profile would be given priority.
I would be able to directly connect with recruiters.
I would receive interview calls based on my profile and experience.
Naukri would actively reach out to recruiters on my behalf.
However, despite these assurances, I have not seen any significant results. I've reached out to multiple recruiters through the Recruiter Connect facility but haven't received any responses. The invites being sent have been of no real value, as I still have to apply directly through company websites. While I’ve received replies from companies via their official sites, there has been no response on the Naukri portal.
Additionally, the subscription began on the day I made the payment, but many services were only activated almost 10 days later. I also noticed that I’m not receiving relevant job-related emails in my Gmail account, and the SMS alerts I receive are not aligned with my skills.
Considering these issues, the subscription has proven to be ineffective and a waste of money. I request an immediate cancellation of my subscription and a refund for the remaining days starting from today.
I kindly ask for this process to be completed by October 13th. I am escalating this matter to Mr. Vikramjit Singh Sahaye, Vice President, National Sales, Naukri.com, to ensure that it receives prompt attention and resolution.
