[Resolved] Naukri.com — request raised to delete profile and no action taken for 6 months

Have been requesting to delete my naukri profile since Feb 2018. However, got response once stating that the same will be actioned in 15 days initially and it is been more than 6 months. Have not received any response since then. Have attached the mail conversation on the same in the image file.

Would be really glad if someone could help me from these pathetic staff and company who are very imbecile to support their user.

It sucks, these guys charged me Rs 2950 for 6 months and made fake promises, However i am not getting desired and customised responses, noone even called me once even after complaining, when asked for refund they denied for the same.

Consumer cell pls help as i am feeling cheated.
