I have been using naukri fast forward services and it's on auto-renew I have mailed so many times to cancel the subscription but no one responds. I want to put an end to this stupid service it is of no use anyway.

They deducted money every month from my account 399 rs automatically.

Please refund my money and close stupidity service.

Today, I asked and made payment for Executive (15+yrs of exp) level services (resume writing, display etc). However, Naukri sales agent sold me a Senior level (8-15yrs) package. I noticed this anomaly once I made payment. Now, he justified stating "Sir! aapka 15yrs hai to 8-15 me thik hai". Who is he to decide whether I want Senior or Executive level. Today I've received a call and the person on the other side claimed that he is calling from Naukri.com its regarding my profile get blacklisted due to not responding to the recruiters. Legal team will visit my home since a challan was issued and a case is registered on my name.

Naukri app does not provide option to unsubscribe the current plan taken by consumers and keep deducting money every month. It provides option to deactivate account which is nowhere providing an idea to unsubscribe a current plan. Deactivating an account cannot be a solution to this problem. i want refund for my automatically deducted amount on 11th dec, 23.

The executive calling from your side does not provide any information...

I need to tell you that I got a call from number [protected]. They sent me a message that Your profile, forward legal department. You cannot apply to any job 5 years in MNC'S company. Court provide legal notice with challan and you have to pay challan in court with statement. @Naukri.com.
Dear candidate, your challan no. is 6198/2421/2023 QC.(case no.PR-42) and challan amount is Rs. 58, 541. Pay in court within 2hours...
