I want to change my college, I've give an application to my college regarding Changing my college but they are not giving me my orginal documents back they are delaying this process intentionally from last 20 days
They are telling that when the admission of the college will be full then only we will issue you your lc and other documents which is completely illogical please help me because the college I want to take admission said we need noc, lc & status report and the last date is 14 June to submit
