We have booked 3 boxes on 01 Nov 2022 from Indore (MP) to Pamuru (Prakasam, Andhrapradesh).
Finally 2 boxes reached destination branch on 12 Nov 2022.
After receiving this information from delivery branch, i have raised with Navata transportation CUSTOMER CARE.
They simply said will check and update. No SLA or no courtesy about the costumer items as if they are doing free service.
Free advise from Navata is "if you want take the items whatever received at delivery branch otherwise that will also miss"
I had to use very bad words against Navata.
Why the dirty stupid ### guys running Navata if they are unable deliver the things correctly without missing?
