Navayuga Devanahalli Toll Plaza — Toll paid for car traveling towards Bangalore on 31st Dec, 2020 to be reversed

Navayuga Devanahalli Toll Plaza has charged Rs.95 toll on 31/12/2020 evening 11:45 pm for commuting towards Bangalore City from Devanahalli, however after crossing the toll plaza all the vehicles were forced to use service road instead of toll road until the toll road ends. Why should we pay toll when we did not or allowed to use toll road? I want my toll fee to be reversed. Please help.
