Sir/Madam,

I would like to bring to your kind notice that I was standing at the Health centre (Najafgarh) where some more people were waiting for the bus on 02/11/22 at 1:20 pm. They raised their hands to stop the bus (No. DL1PD0619, Route No.761) but the driver instead of stopping the bus increased the speed of the bus so nobody could get into the bus. He was driving recklessly. As he crossed the bus stop there was a jam after 100mts. I ran to catch the bus at next stop i.e Najafgarh Delhi gate (stop near to Health centre) but again he didn't open the gate at the stop inspite of requests of some passengers. I requested the conductor to get the doors open but he kept silent. Then I somehow requested the driver also to open the doors as some more passengers were waiting for the doors to be opened. He said I will not open the gate at all do whatever you can do. I am getting late and no one can stop me. I request you to kindly take a strict action against the driver and conductor both because this kind of attitude leads to mental harassment, wastage of public time and money.
