Naveen — Overcharges

I dnt know how to explain in proper english, but i know u may understand my problem..In normal days minimum auto charge was 5-6rupees, they fight for to increase minimum charge 10rps..but now total scene was reversed, they charges minimum charge 20rps..and max???, and behaving like rude, we are the common people, we feel huge burden to pay auto charges, and most thing commissioner sir was decalred only 2 passengers for auto, but they allowing more than 4, this is how the case may pass one by one..they even dnt know to sanitize the vehicles...pls take seviour action on this case.
