Naveen Singh — pdf to word project

I have been talking with naveen for almost 5 months i think about a pdf to word project he is providing. We had lots of discussions regarding this and i was always hesitant to go forward with it because of the upfront charges he is asking for, but he assured me that we can start with one and then keep on adding, so i paid him 75$ for one seat for his project after months of talking. He even provided me documents with the company he is working for outsourcing 24x7. Now after providing payment he was avoiding contact for 2 weeks only to find out that he has spent the money and was using the company name to do this scam. He has burnt the company reputation and the people he was working with on the project. The project is legit but please be aware of this person naveen singh. He is not to be trusted in any way.
