[Resolved]  Navin Builders — false marketing promises

I've booked apartment at their premium project "Starwood Towers", by paying 1 lakh in advance, at the time of booking, i got assurance from marketing guy that they will repay the full booking fee in case if I wish to cancel booking... but in real, they made me to run behind them to get the refund after deducting 25000 INR, builders do cheat, navin not an exception...beware of their false promises... though i told them not to deposit the cheque, without my knowledge they did.. though i cancelled within month, they took 3 months to give a refund.. they gave all the reasons, one pretty example, you are in the system for a month, how can you expect us not to deduct anything?...what a atrocious statement... they are not ready to accept any fault/false promises from their end they won't let you meet their MD or whoever, he will be always busy, ..or abroad, , , just sharing my experience so that you can be cautious when dealing these guys don't have any ethics or moral in conducting the business...
