I got a call from a lady regarding data typing work from home in which one has to type 150 pages in 15 days. If we are able to complete the work within given period of time and with 90% accuracy we will get 28, 500 for that. Then they sent a link to download an app, in which we have to 1st sign the agreement and then click a selfie and post it. After the process was done there was a confirmation call and after that i got my work. I completed my work within 15 days and submitted it on the due date. Then i got a call that i am unable to achieve to accuracy rate so i have to pay a penalty of rs 9, 800. Once the amount is paid the agreement will remain open and i’ll get my new assignment within 3 days. I paid the said amount i. E. 9, 800 and received the noc for that as well. But after three days i got a mail from legal department that your arbitration process has been pending and section 74 and 75 two section still pending if you want to clear your section on you then kindly pay the fee rs. 25500/- clear your section after your file will be closed you will get clearance letter from the company side or we need to re-open your file send for the legal action. Now they are blackmailing me and torturing me that i have to pay the amount or else they'll take legal action against me. They are sending me mails as last warning to pay the amount or else they are going to send legal department at my home address and the penalty amount has been increased to rs 31950/-. Please help me and give my any solution to this. They are torturing me now.
