Dear sir / madam,
I am one of your electricity consumers bearing Consumer ID No. :[protected] and have been very prompt in paying my electricity bill online each and every month. Despite this good habit of mine I have been slapped a bill of Rupees 546/- for the month of September, 2021, which is completely abnormal and erroneous. You can verify my claim at your end.
