Sir,

We have the power connection bearing no. 24156/NSR/DS1/136. I am receiving the bill in the name of MD. MUNTITIR AHMAD S/O LATE MD. HUSSAIN. My full name is MOHD. MUNTAZIR AHMAD, S/O MOHD. HASHIM, I know this is a typographical mistake, but is should be in a corrected manner. Kindly correct my name.

Secondly, in the month of march 2014, I have paid dues as Rs. 13861/- as a full and final payment vide receipt no. NBD630024, but recently, i have received monthly bill amounting to Rs. 756/- wherein Rs. 410.87 as an arrear. Is the amount mentioned in the bill is correct?. Kindly guide me, so that payment may be made accordingly. An early action in the matter is requested.
