Installed bhim payment application 0n 16/08/2020. It has generated 6 digit pin and application is locked by the service provider. When tried to use forgot pin, the type is shwon different to one issued by bank. Hence it shows wrong information about the card. Neither i could deactivate it. Held to ransom by the service provider, ncpi. Is the government is awake? Regional office refused to attend complaint when approcached in person. Is corporate or somebody else is having a hand in it? For email standard reply directs to reinstall the application. It did not solve the problem. As a senior citizen i find it a lesson for all to never to go for online payment. Complaint no.723118.
