I really had a hard time finding the resolution for this. Since I managed to find a resolve I wanted to share the resolve with others hence writing this to you all, hope it helps for you too. https://www.liquiloans.com/ - login to this website and check for your outstanding amount. Else, write an email to them on [protected]@liquiloans.com. I was able to clear it recently by writing an email to them, it was loan taken in 2020 during COVID period on a mobile app (Onion credit something). They usually respond within 2 to 3 days sad part is there is not contact number to reach them directly.
