Ne1 Toll Plaza — cash collected without receipt, toll was not collected through fastag

Dear sir,
I was travelling through ne1 on 13th jan 2020 from vadodara to ahmedabad ring road. At the entry of ne1 from vadodara toll plaza i was allowed to pass through fastag line and it was not intimated that money was not deducted from fastag, however when i exit from ahmedabad ring road toll plaza, operator demand me to give cash because it toll was not deducted. I said that i was not informed about it anywhere and request him to deduct money from my fastag wallet. He refused and insist to give cash. After so many discussion he collected cash from me and also not give me the receipt for that.
According to me it is corruption, and i complaint against that.

Please resolve issue asap
