Nearbuy — Money gone from bank but transaction failed

I made a purchase on nearbuy yesterday and the money was deducted form my account yet I didnt receive the voucher code.
Then I made another transaction to buy the same coupon. This time it was successful and the money was again deducted from my account
I didnt even receive a transaction number.
