Need Of Transformers — Power supply cut due to Transformer fail in your area

I am from Para village district Ghazipur(233310).my complaint is regarding transformer.we are having a problem of over load in transformer.therefore transformer is geeting problem everymonth, yesterday we got one transformer fail but today we got again problem in the same transformer.There is no any more transformer in our area therefore we r having lot of difficulty pls solve this problem and take necessary action against electricity dept. ghazipur.As in this Lockdown pandemic all students, people are in their Home, we face problem to attend classes, college exams that held online it is difficult to continue our study as well.pls solve this matter as soon as possible. we are still not getting power supply
