We had purchased koryo' 1.5 ton ac from big bazaar on 1st june. The technical team did core cutting of our bedroom wall and installed the equipment. When the rains started there was heavy leakage from the hole done for the ac. After we intimated the big bazaar team they sent technician who showed us that previously the outer equipment was not even bolted and the hole was kept open which was gross negligence on their part. He rectified by filling the hole with white cement which was ok to stop the water fir a while but now again the water had started leaking heavily damaging the wall, it's new paint and bed. When this was raised with your customer care team they have told us that they will not be able to do anything unless we provide them with a scafolfing or a ladder of 3 storey height as our ac is on the second floor. We find this very unusual as how are we to get such a long ladder? And if so why didn't they tell us before installation... We would have stopped the installation itself. The whole episode is extremely troublesome for us and has caused mental and financial trauma.
The attitude of your customer care is extremely evasive and careless. And am going to put this up on various forums to make people aware of the torchure they will have to endure of they buy koryo' ac. Because proper installation is the key to any product especially an account. Was this information helpful? |
