I have been trying to make an online application for neet pg exam (Mds). Payment has been made twice through debit card of indian overseas bank. The amount has been credited both the times, but the application is not being processed. The helpline is either busy or switched off. And there is no response via email also from the helpline. I have been trying for past 2 days to make payment and today is the past date for application. Kindly help as soon as posible.
