Nehru Zoo — Pathetic condition of washrooms

I visited Nehru zoo yesterday and zoo is very nice except the washrooms.. Washrooms are very very dirty. Listing the issues
1. No light inside the washrooms.
2. Dirty seats and commodes
3. Flush tanks are broken
4. Lot of Spider webs and lot of insects inside.
5. No soap provided and reason given that people finish it. If you are charging so much from the visitors, can't you keep a basic item in washroom.
6. Even though the cleaners are available.. They are not wiping the washooms.. Lot of water everywhere..

Being a tourist place, I was highly disappointed to see this
Hope to see some resolution soon.
