Hi...I purchased 2 plots 3.5 cents each form neomax properties in Moolakarapetti-Nanguneri .Initially the agents are very friendly and explains about the land developments in a nice manner they highlighted company itself will develop the land with constructing some houses, and nearby Central government project is also coming.And please buy it quickly the rate is continuously increasing like that, i buyed it for 1 lakh 30 thousand per plot on march 2015.soon i realized after 2 years when i ask about the developments there is nothing.Now almost 4 years gone i unable to sell my land for the rate during the buying time .I contacted many neomax agents all are interested in convincing about investment and buying new land no one are ready to sell it even though they are telling now the land is almost 2 lakhs per plot.
I strongly inform to you all please dont buy or invest any money in neomax mainly they focus on NRI and government retired.Beware now they are showing having many projects in madurai, courtallam etc ... Was this information helpful? |
