Neptune Soft Solutions; Prime Solution — fraudulent regarding an agreement without any consent or knowledge

I'm Raj Kumar from Chandigarh and my company name is Neptune Solution. we are working in website designing and development. Few day ago I have received some candidate calls and they said they have received call from Neptune Soft Solution. Company demand some payment to candidates. candidate was foreword us same mail which is he received from Neptune Soft Solution. please see below attachments.

Please don't pay any amount of this company . its totally fraud company.

Pleas take care and aware like this companies.

Sir unhone kaha tha k sirf 3000 penalty hogi lekin mujhe company ki or se koi cll nhi aya to ab keh rhe hai k mujhe 11000 paise dene honge or bina pushe unhone legal action bhi le liya hai atleast dusri party se baat to krni chahiye

sir ye log shuruat mein hamein koi information nahi dete baad mein us agreement or contract par leagle action leker 4-5 sal bad call krke 4000 penalty ke upar 50000 tak leagle amount bharne kahenge aisa muze lagta hai..
sir plz muze batayiye kya aisa kuch ho sakta hain kya...muze to darr lag raha hain kyunki unke pass mera adhar card ka photo hai...aur ek agreement tha 100rs wala...us par mera sign bhi hai...us areement ko 2years ho gaya hai..
what should i do..plz reply .
and that company name was ''typingmaster solutions'' its same as neptune solutions form filling work...

They all are fraud people.
They can't take any legal action.

Don't pay any amount to them.
They don't have rights to take any legal action.

Ask advocate for bar counsil number. Or tell them to meet personally. They will not come to meet you.

So don't worry.

Never ever pay any penalty or do any payment to them . NEVER NEVER NEVER NEVER NEVER .
They never take any legal action, they just make people frightened by stating words like LEGAL, UNDER SECTION ... BY PENAL COURT, and so so .
They wont do anything so better dont fall for it, dont make the payment at all.
Moreover never ever go for these kinds of jobs because in india these ( data entry, form filling, paragraph writing ) are doing scam, they are not providing a valid WORK FROM HOME PART TIKE JOB but they are just looting our hard earned money .

So never go for these kinds of jobs and dont make the payment
