Hello,

I stayed in a nestaway 1bhk for about 9 months. At the time of moving in, i paid 3000 rupees onboarding charges & 28k as advance.

I have moved out of the apartment & nestaway has charged me 9000 rupees for painting charges. This is highly exaggerated pricing. At this rate, i'd rather go over & paint the house myself.

Additionally, they had caused issues during moving out with their inspection service taking too long & they had multiple inspectors who didn't know anything about the property. I have had the worst move out experience ever.

Kindly resolve this ridiculous pricing.

Updated by AnupamaNair I am unable to raise any tickets as your backend team has not even updated the move-out status. I have been speaking to customer support back & forth & nothing has moved forward. You inspector came, checked on the apartment with an extensive list, took my keys & left. Yet the move-out has not even been confirmed by your team. It is exhausting, talking to the nestaway "support" team ever two hours.

Im not even able to raise a ticket against this exaggerated painting cost.
