Nestaway Technologies — Not paying rent

House ID 34567. Total due from nestaway till date INR 62k. The property is listed from 2018 but till now there is no increase in rent. No one from nestaway responds or takes any action. INR 15k is due for more than 1 year. Rents are being collected and not paid. No efforts to get the rent. The website provides a rent guarantee but till now hardly any rents paid on time. I want nestaway to clear all my dues and allot one responsible property manager and not someone whom I dont know whether exists or a ghost employee of nestaway. I want you to clear all dues and manage the property properly
