Reached out to netflix chat agent regarding payment issues and the agent said the payment is pending. Told the agent that the payment is gone through from my bank and he said it ll take 8 days to reflect. Told t refund if thats the case and he said it cant be cancelled coz of pending payment.
Later i got email that the payment is received and then auto cancelled without my consent
