I am very dissatisfied over the persistent internet connection problems I've been facing for the past four days. Despite multiple attempts to contact your technical support and lodging complaints, the issue remains unresolved.

To my utter disbelief, upon contacting your customer service, I discovered that these complaints were marked as closed by the technician. I cannot comprehend how these complaints could have been closed...

Nine days ago, I made a payment of INR 3535 for a combo plan. Payment was made to netplus. Wi-Fi was installed in next two days. Cable connection is still missing. I tried to call customer care and they tried to pass the buck to fastway, when I stressed upon the fact that payment was made to netplus not to fastway then they said it will be done in 24 hours, and these also have lapsed long back. Very sad state of affairs. Now I want to surrender...
