This is to inform you that my netplus ID is [protected]. The bill generated for the month of july is 1085 rs which is false as my plan is of 609 .
I had asked customer care to change my plan from 809 to 609 on 29th june but my plan wasn't changed. I was told that you will have to call tomorrow. I called again on 30th but my plan wasn't changed. Again called on 1st and 2nd and i was told that your plan is changed from our end but my plan wasn't converted. on 3rd July, i had spoken to a senior call executive and he assured me that your plan will be converted from 809 to 609 and no charges will be imposed for 1st to 3rd july on. Now the bill that i have received is of 1085 rs instead of 718rs.
If you change the plan on 3rd july, why don't you send the ID and password of OTT Apps on the same day ??
I received ID and password on 5th july.
Who is going to pay for that???
If the bill gets generated on 1st of every month, why don't you send the bill on the same day???
I received the bill on 3rd August on mail and on text.
If the month starts on 3rd of every month, why i have been charged for 1st july to 3rd july???
It is your fault and now you are asking me to pay the whole amount.
I am not going to pay the extra amount charged
I do have all the call recordings of your customer care interaction with me.
They are not responding at all and asking me to wait 2 hours since monday..
I registered complaint on 5th aug and complaint with ticket no[protected] was created..i mailed them on 7th aug, still no resolution provided.Tomorrow is last day of bill payment i.e 13th aug and late fee would be charged.
