This is to inform you in dated 21.05.2015 regarding transport some goods from odalarevu to Kolkata I am contact over phone one transport company name is India transport and person name is shyam pratap singh contact no([protected] & [protected])consignment fix in amount of 32000/- he told first 10000/- to be advance after that track will be send. As per dealing I had put 10040/- amount at odalarevu SBI branch to his A/C on SBI([protected])name of Shyam pratap singh. After that he told his company was not agree on 10000/- advance amount so another 12000 he want, Said amount deposited again. After paid as per commitment he was not send any truck and he was not pick up the phone also. He sends me one pan card copy via what’s app for billing purposes. All document attached here for your ready reference.
In view of that I am request to you kindly take serious action in this regards as early as possible. So that I shall be refund my amount and remove one ford man in our society.
