New I8 Ear Pods — to return product due to it was not according to our order

I ordered a pair of earphones from vsk international for₹ 1499/-. I have recieved through blue dart courier. When i opened that product i got to know that the both ear piece was same sided it means both pairs are for( right side ear) and i ordered model (i8) but received differ model as (i7s), And it also not working properly. I m requesting you to take necessary action for cheating customers...
