delay in do for cashless policy

online renewal of policy unsuccessful but payment is successful

And order id prtl4083692 my account got debited with rs.16246.00 but i didnt got the policy document.
I need to renew it urgently before due date.

Kindly help at the earliest since due date of renewal is 16.10.2019.
The showroom guys are constantly to renew through which i do not wish....

No reply from e-meditek or from new india. As this is a corporate policy and after various follow up to cboii large broking office mumbai there was no response from their end.

Request to sort this issue immediately....

Sir, as i transferred from bangalore to hyderabad, we choose vrl, they told within one day they will deliver the goods as because bangalore to hyderabad is 8 hours only. They told they will give tracking number for tracking after three days also it is showing in transit.. Is it really take more than 3 days from bangalore to hyderabad??? refund pending - car insurance

I purchased a car insurance for 11875 and cancelled on the same day and was promised for refund in 14 days. However it has been more than 2.5months now and i have not received my refund.

Policy bazaar says refund is pending from bank side. But what is the issue no one knows and are not ready to answer.
All i get is an email with approximate date and that date gets pushed to next 10 days every time...
