I had taken a coverage for my mobile from quick heal insurance / aarviinsurance which is in tie up with new india insurance. I was supposed to recieve my money 4 months ago. The company people were till now just giving me false hopes that i would recieve my money but at last they just simply told me to go an lodge a complain. My claim refference no is - [protected].
I would like you to look into this matter and release my payment otherwise i would have to take a desicion and lodge a complain against the company in the consumer forum for the harasment i had to face.
