I purchase Maruti-swift LXI (Hr30R5237)on 14/04/2017 from Vipul motors Faridabad.Company provide me insurance of 'The New India Assurance Co Ltd' the worst company.I don't know how can they sell this type of poor insurance service to your customer.My policy no is ([protected])its a 0depth Insurance.My car was damaged (front-back bumper, 1 fog lamp and 1 side mirror).i visit your centre Saraswati Automobiles faridabad.I give them my car on 9th Oct 2017. Your surveyor visited and didn't approve anything accept repair front bumper and side mirror.And they take 2 days to pass that claim.I talk to surveyor (Mr Rajiv Singla), he don't have etiquettes how to behave with customer, He literally misbehave.He used this type of lines like its gov company and its process is like that we don't have online process we can't do anything he ask me to give a written letter that its my 1st claim otherwise will not approve my claim.I was at gurgaon at my office but I specially goes at saraswati to write that silly letter.But still he didn't give me full coverage he left my back bumper of cost 5000 approx and not side touch with front bumper.After all of this I again request him to give D.O. So it takes 1 week for (front bumper, 1 fog-lamp and 1 side mirror) and i pay 1100 rs after all of that.
I didn't go with this insurance in future and never suggest anyone for that. I will also give this complaint to gov forum. Was this information helpful? |
