New Phoenix Mall Construction — Late night and early morning 3 am construction going on,unbearable nosing comes

There is new phoenix mall construction going on at very late night 11 pm and very early in morning at 3am. Throughout unbearable construction noise came due to which we are unable to sleep. Kindly look into this matter.It is impossible to live near by it. Children's are having headaches all time and we are unable to work at day due to lack of sleep. At 3am very disturbing noise of construction is started which make all neighborhoods disturb please help us.
