Fraud. They took 6500/- from me and various personal documents a month ago. However, they have not even arranged for the learners license with the RTO. I have called them up several times to understand what is going on - but they show no initiative. When the owner Imran responds on the phone - he is laid- back, repeats his one- line justifications for the delay, and expects me to take the initiative on the RTO process. He is quick to highlight that he will not return my money and has sent me a copy of their terms and conditions to stress his point. In the last month they have provided two sessions (3 hours total) of driving classes to me. They don't pick me up from home. I have to walk a kilometer to their pick up point. They cancelled one session without informing me and I was standing at the pickup point for 45 minutes. They are definitely not suitable for busy working people - for the amount of time and energy you have to waste on them. I want to make a complaint against them for fraud, unprofessional behaviour and the stress that they have caused. Was this information helpful? |
