New Santro Driving School, Bangalore — Unprofessional Owner

I asked for the driving school a month ago. At that time the owner himself came to my house to collect the money and assured that the driver will pick me up from my location. However, after giving him the money that day, the next day when I asked him about the class, he said that there is no pick up location at my place. After few talks he agreed on arranging pick up at my location everyday. However, driver keep on giving me excuses everyday and the owner hardly response the phone calls. I hardly had 4 classes so far even after a month since I started the class. Moreover, the simulation class which they assured before registering for the class never happened. Owner and driver hardly entertain to this days.
