, i have purchase and residing a residential flat (G+1) in the premises at “ lakshi villa, 247 a. P. C roy road, 1st floor, flat no 04, p. O.- birati, p. S.- nimta, district – north 24 parganas, kolkata – 700051”, within the local limits of north dum dum municipality, under ward no - 14, mouza – birati, j. L no -7, khatian no - 52, dag no-738 & 736, holding no - 183, which approved plan no. 700 of[protected], dated 16/11/2012.
The said residential flat purchase from the developer of ms new shelter, a partnership business having its office at “ m. A sarani, bisharpara, p. O.- bisharpara, p. S – airport, kolkata -700158, district –north 24 parganas, registered by its partner, 1) mr. Krishna das, s/o - late. Paritosh das, and 2) md. Saidul islam, s/o –m a rahim.
Mr. Krishna das (One of the business partner) has been constructed 2 bhk flat and residing himself on the top of the 1st floor. I was produce a written complain to north dum dum municipality dated on 19/01/2017 against developer. A received copy has been attached with this mail.
But still now any appropriate action has not taken by the municipality. Day by day the bad influence are increasing and suffering by me which are mention below:-
1) illegal constructed and staying himself.
2) disagree to contribute or pay for maintenance cost per month wise.
3) the name of the flat has not marked on the building by the developer.
4) parking the motor cycle and bi cycle in the stair case.
5) sixty thousand rupees (Rs. 60000.00) has been taken by the promoter due to measuring the area of the said flat.
6) flower vase and vegetable vase with other house article are kept on the roof of the 1st floor.
7) playing the cricket on the roof.
