I had ordered 2 tops from bogo sale, after doing the payment i received a mail from fraucher limited that my payment has failed and the debited money will be returned back to my account in 3-5 days . So the next day i tried the payment again as it was showing on app also that payment failed and try again . When I tried the payment then is was successful but then there were 2 same orders showing on the app that were placed . But how is that possible if the payment of first order failed then how it is palced .
Tiday i have revieved one of my tops in 2 different orders .This is just ridiculous and misleading the customer to order twice . I want my money back and return this one repeated order . How do i do that there is no way to contact the company and on app there is no option to cancel or return this order . Was this information helpful? |
