I ordered two tops from https://newme.asia/ website .My order Id is 145374 .I paid for the order on 11 march but since I haven’t received it, i was asked to cancel it from my end. But when I cancel it, neither can I canel the order nor I’m getting any refund .After constantly contacting them for over 20 days on whatsapp daily and calling them over their customer no. Around 10 times ( which they never pick), I’m still at loss of my money. I’m a student and I need to utilise each bit of my money usefully but I’m not getting any refund for my precious money.
