Airtel Mobile — new mobile connection not activated since 15 days

Dear Sir/ Madam
I would like to bring to your notice that I have purchased a new Airtel Prepaid connection on 27 Oct 2008 along with the lifetme facility. After so many efforts and daily calling to the dealer it was activated on 07 Nov 2008. Now there is no inoming & outgoing facility on my mobile and there is a message that your airtel magic is in grace period. When I called up the customer care then I got the information that my documents have not
been submitted. Then I called to my dealer and he confirmed that my documents (Xerox of Driving Licence + Photograph + dully filled formed) have already been submitted to the customer care office of Airtel in Gomtinagar, Lucknow (UP) and that my dealer is also having the receipt of the receiving of the Customer care. My airtel No is [protected]

It has already been about two weeks and my Airtel Connection is not working. Please suugest me for the further course of action. As if now I have no option other then to surrender my airtel Sim.
Please look into the matter and do the needful.

Airtel Mobile — Not allow customer to leave network using Mobile number portability

I have taken mobile no portability code on dated 20th Jan. from airtel.
My unique porting code is AM143181.
Gone to vodafone did necessary process for shifting. Made necessary payment.
After 20th airtel start calling me for not leaving their network. But I am not interested in the same. And ignore all call.
On today dt 23rd I received SMS from my new service provider Vodafone, stating that your unique porting code has been rejected by current service provider due to there contractual obligation from the subcriber agreement.
On calling airtel they are not giving any answer on call regarding the same.
Please help me for the same.

I am Hitesh B Desai mobile user of Reliance India Mobile CDMA prepaid, I want to change service provider through MNP ( mobile number portability ) since last 15 days I tried customer care, wabworld,register complain somany times but they could not given me the Unic Port Cord. till date I not get Unic Port Cord. ( every time msg came your request could not process try after some time. )

Please help me out to resolve the issue.

i am dr manonmani holder of postpaid aircel no.[protected].i had applied for mobile trasfer on 31 jan 2011 to airtel.after all the formalities were over the aircel disconnected their line and inspite of my repeated requests to aircel and airtel my number is not active after 2 days.both the service providers blame each other for the delay.i feel cheated as per the TRAI rules within 2 hours one should get connection,but no one take responsibility.i still do not know the solution and hope the consumer forum takes up the compliant and sees to that,the consumers are not harassed.

I am Imteyaz Siddiqui. I have requested for Number Portabillity from Reliance CDMA (mob - [protected]) to VODAFONE on 22nd January 2011 by submitting the relevant documents at their KRISHNA NAGAR outlet (East Delhi). Till now my number has not been migrated and I am unable to get any answer from VODAFFONE regarding the status of my application. TRAI has made it mandatory that it should be executed in 7 days but service providers are not at all concerned about these deadlines...It seems that all these service providers are the inmates of the same room peeping through different windows...

Please don't port to Airtel.

Worst customercare & service.
They don't allow customers to port out.
So please port to Tata Docomo or Uninor.

My name is arvind k. mavani and i am using loop card being no.[protected]. As the said loop no. was taken by me since 9 months backs , the problem arise when i am at office at there is no network and so missed call alert facility was activated and i took new vodafone sim whose netwrok was the best . But i then converted my plan from postpaid to prepiad as i want to retain my said loop no and also it was been distributed to many.
Now after MNP i applied i got port no. which was first time rejected due to my lifetime prepaid plan. After much arguement in loop borivali gallery they converted my lifetime to normal by saying me to send one sms as BASE on 50505.
Again i applied for new port no. which i got but after 7 day it was also rejected as my current loop operator are not letting me to go for MNP sending message is same is prohibited by the licensor or by a Court of Law.
So please help me out in this matter as by no way i want to continue with loop and also from last 20th Jan i am unable to receive my important call due to no network in my office premises .

Tata Docomo p — Number not activated under MNP even after 10 days

Hello,
I have an airtel number [protected]. I applied to transfer this number to Tata Docomo under MNP two weeks back. But till date my number has not been activated. I have called up the the Tata Docomo customer care numerous times. Initially they said that they have not received my identification documents. The docomo dealer at Rohtak says that they have already deposited my documents. Now since past one week, the docomo customer care is saying your number would be activated in next 24 hours.
This is very frustrating.
Request you to please look into the matter.

As I am regular Airtel usager for past 1 year, I wish to change my network from Airtel to Docomo due to my personal reason and also our customer care poor service. But there was no response from the Airtel customer service for past 1 month. I have already applied for change of network for 3 times, but never accept my request to Airtel customer care and don’t tell about the reasons. This is very disappointing feedback from Airtel as they are not ready to leave my number from their service after requesting the portability of my number. I have sent the message to 1900 requesting PORT and I got the unique ID. I also contacted Docomo to transfer my number to their service. After some days Docomo sent me a message saying that my portability request has been rejected by Airtel. I contacted Airtel, but they are not transparent about their service. I am really disappointed by Airtel and their service. Please someone tell me suggesting what I should do now. I want to leave Airtel. My Airtel Number: [protected].

CDMA mobile number — billing address not getting changed, service problem & number portability request is not executing

Dear Sir / Madam,

1) Our mobile numbers are [protected], [protected]. we have given the request for address change for more than one year now & have given several reminders too but its not getting changed; hence we are not able to get the bills on time & hence not able to pay on time & there is always a fine charged in bills every month for late bill payment.

2) Requests have been submitted several times for numbers portability for the above mentioned numbers including [protected] but no action is being taken yet while we are not at all happy with the service of the reliance & facing call dropping problem, excess bill problem, network unavailability etc for long time now.

Please help in solving the above matters as we are really in a mess because of this. You can make call on above numbers to discuss the matters in more detail. We will be highly obliged with your quick action.

Now because of network problem i ported my num again to Idea.. My sim activated on 2nd of July.. But incoming services and out going message services were stopped till now.. Daily am regestering a complaint regarding this problem.. But still no use....

Vodafone — Mobile Number Portability, Poor service

My name is Anupam Sisodia, i had applied for port out of reliance GSM prepaid on 9th july, 2011 to vodafone. It has been 18 days now my number is still not ported. vodafone says check with reliance and reliance says check with vodafone. i have visited vodafone store thrice but it was of no use. please take stern action as ive wasted my valuble time time waiting hours in vodafone office. tata cdma mobile service — porting of tata(cdma) mobile number to airtel(gsm) not done

This is to bring in your kind notice that i have applied for porting From TATA cdma service mobile number [protected] TO Airtel . my porting unique ID number is TW971485 dated 19/07/2011 . the request of porting to airtel has been received on the same date at 20:42 pm by receiving message on my mobile no. mentioned as above .But after 15 my mobile is still working With TATA services. No messages or phone calls from TATA / AIRTEL is received by which i may know that my porting request has been accepted or not .

mobile network service — unable to portability of mobile number

I am Sumana Pradhan, residing in kolkata. I have been applied mobile number portability from Reliance CDMA to Airtel GSM. I have last applied for porting my mobile number on 29th july,2011. It is my hatrick chance to failing the portability. First time I attempt on 24th june,2011 which is expired on 9th july,2011 and second time I attempt on 13th july,2011 which is also expired on 28th july,2011.
All the porting request of mine from Reliance Network to Airtel Network. But still today it is not being processed, still now the login from airtel is failed. I don't know how long I will be harrashed by our porting system.
Please resolve this kind of problem.

myself navjot singh from ludhiana(punjab).i am user of idea from last few years and my number is [protected] .,.actually i hve 15 connections in corporate,because of network problem of idea we all decided to change in vodafone.ma 1st portabbility request was send in april,that was cancelled and no one told me that corporate connection cannot port,than i do it again ,than third time idea showroon worker told me that change your number to prepaid 1st and use those number for 3months
now on 17 of august 3 months are completed ,than again i had given documents for portability
bt there is again rejection,
idea workers saying every thing is clear
vodafone workers are saying permission is not given from idea co.
now me using 15 number in prepaid idea,want to port in vodafone
