Nexa — cheating in refunding the balance payable amount

I would like to register a complaint against Maruti NEXA located in Kerala - Thiruvalla Branch, Pathanamthitta District, regarding their unethical and unprofessional practices and failure to refund my balance payable amount from the downpayment i have made towards the purchase of Grand Vitara Smart Hybrid Alpha 1.5L 5MT Petrol.

I booked my vehicle with Maruti NEXA in March 2024 and paid an initial down payment of INR***, ***.However, there was some excess amount of INR25, 060.68, refundable after adjusting the amounts of Vehicle Loan + Downpayment + Booking Advance. On the vehicle delivery day 28/03/24, I have been made to sign the settlement memo with showroom discounts of INR30, 000 and refundable amount of INR250, 6068.

Unfortunately, and as a bad experience to me, the Showroom Manager and accountant allegedly turned their face manipulating the Tax Invoice and Settlement memo as a simple "unethical Clerical Mistake" refusing to refund the full amount. They held up my INR15, 000 and transferred only part payment of INR10000 without any proper information or communication. They said the person who explained the Settlement Memo was not having enough knowledge of the settlement bill or delivery procedures and there was no such showroom discounts eligibility for me as soon as they have found they have to refund me such an amount. There was no kind of dues payable from my end and they showed up such nasty unethical dramas not to release my fund.

These practices of non-professionalism in treating and cheating customers is totally injustice as the full branch sales team were allegedly playing an unfair and unethical game.

As per the settlement memo the confirmed amount mentioned due to me was INR25060.68 and the showroom is liable to make the payment to me. Instead they cheated and have robbed my INR15000 for no valid genuine reasons.
