Nexa — Cheating or Disservice, failure to provide refund.

I would like to register a complaint against Maruti NEXA regarding their unethical practices and failure to provide a refund for my booking. I booked a vehicle with Maruti NEXA in January and made an initial payment of INR **, ***. However, due to changed circumstances, I requested a cancellation of my booking.

Since then, I have been attempting to contact Maruti NEXA via phone and email to initiate the cancellation process and obtain a refund. However, despite multiple attempts over the course of a month, I have received no response or assistance from the company. Their customer service has been non-existent, and their online cancellation process has proven to be flawed, preventing me from cancelling the booking through their website.

I am extremely frustrated and disappointed by the lack of support and communication from Maruti NEXA. Their failure to address my concerns and provide a resolution is completely unacceptable. I have decided to file a complaint with the consumer forum to seek a resolution and hold Maruti NEXA accountable for their actions.

I request the consumer forum's intervention in this matter and seek their assistance in obtaining a refund for my booking from Maruti NEXA. I expect a prompt response and resolution to this issue to restore my faith in consumer rights and the principles of fair business practices
