Nexa7.com — Did get my my refund amount of Rs 1499.00

I have ordered a mobile phone Redmi 9 pro 4Gb RAM, 64 GB(refurbished) on dated 16 March 2022 of prepaid amount Rs 1499.00. After waiting 5 days when they did not shipped the product I request for refund and cancelled the ordered as they have 30 days refund option at the time of purchasing. Till now I not get the refund.
