Sir,
through www.nexa7.com add given for Symphony HiCool-i Modern Personal Room Air Cooler 31-litres Rs.2699/- only for 2 days. I have ordered vide order no. 135297 dtd 21.03.2022 this item payment through paytm gateway also done after that till date no update not recd product nor any return money of Rs.2699/-. This is a fraud Company. Please sir take action against this company. and collect the money which i have paid. i have contacted customer care no.[protected] and email id help.[protected]@gmail.com but no response and mob have been switched off.

till this company is running on web. more peoples are affected and into this fraud company. just like me.
my money was lost were i can comply so that can i get my money
