I had placed 2 Orders on Nexa7 website, details given below:
1. Order No 111159 Rs. 2699/-
2. Order No 111305 Rs. 1699/-
Both the orders were placed for Symphony Air Coolers on 19/03/2022.
The website showed the delivery in 7 days. Whenever tried to track my orders delivery status, the website stated it will sent tracking details to my email, which I never ever received in my email.
In a few days later, I found that the website is now missing or unreachable.
Please help me. And if possible file a complaint against the website. If I recall correctly, the website address was in somewhere in Maharashtra.
