I ordered 4 item on nexa7 website. I paid 2, 467 RS by Paytm on their website to Kirshna Fashion on Paytm. Payment was successful and a message is came on their website(they recived order and payment)
Only this message is arrived.

No message and no mail came by their about my order I'd and shipment and no more detail.( In my phone and number)
Please help me and recover my money as soon as possible.
