I opted a work of form filling of 1500 forms in 10days. I completed my work within time and submitted with an accuracy of 95% and their requirement is 90%. After submission they said your quality test for accuracy is failed. I completed my work in october after i try to contact them but there is no response from them. After one and half months they called to me to pay the contract breaching amount of 4900+3000 rupees. Otherwise, they will file a case on me under section 420 of ipc. Please help me i did not do any fraud and i did my work efficiently. Take the action this type of company.
